1.What is Requisition?
Requisitions are created to share the required qualification, experience, skills, roles and responsibilities of an ideal faculty who is eligible to fill an opening in your Institution. To initiate a recruitment process you must create the Job.
2.How can I create a Job?
Creating a Job is easy. After you login with your USERID and PASSWORD, please go to the menu Post Jobs. Then click 'Create Job' to create a new Job. Fill all the required fields to create the Job. After all the edit, make sure the Job type is 'Posted' to make it available to the faculties looking for opportunities or have a matching profile.
3.How many Jobs can I create?
There is no limit. You can create as many number of Job based on your requirements.
4.How long I should wait for the posted Job visible to the faculties?
Your Job will be immediately displayed to the job seeking faculties.
5.How long the created Job will be displayed to the faculties?
Your Job will be displayed to the faculty till the posting end date of your Job. Posting will be auto closed once it reaches the posting end date determined by you.
6.What is meant by Copy Job?
You can create a copy Job an existing Job in less time using 'Copy Job' Functionality. Click 'Copy Job' and select the Job that was created by you to copy. Enter new Job Code and edit other fields and details as required. If you have opened a Job and recruited a Professor; you can reuse the same Job details to post similar Job using the Copy Job.
7.How do I track my Job?
After you login with your USERID and PASSWORD, please go to the menu Job Search. You can filter the Job based on type (Draft, Posted, Suspended, Closed). You can see the number of faculties applied/interested for the corresponding Job.
8.How do I search the Faculties and show Interest on them?
After you logon with your USERID and PASSWORD, please go to the menu Faculty Search. Search the faculties based on their State, District, Department, Education level, Experience Years. Invite the faculty for a Job or with Job, who suits your need. A notification will be sent to faculty about your interest on them.
9.How can I see the faculties who are interested in joining our Institutions?
After you logon with your USERID and PASSWORD, please go to the menu 'Faculty Interested'. You can filter the faculties based on the Job/General interest. You can view the profile details, Academic Qualification, Experience details, Certification details and resume of the faculty.
10.Where can I see the response from the faculty for my invite?
After you logon with your USERID and PASSWORD, please go to the menu '€śFaculty Invited'€ť. You can filter faculties based on Job/General invite and Invite Accepted/awaiting Acceptance. You can view the full Profile details, Academic Qualification, Experience details, Certification details and Resume document on acceptance of the faculty invite.
11.Why I am seeing 'Pay to View'€™ in the Faculty Name?
If you have not made the payment or renewed the service, Faculty Name will appear as 'Pay to View' and you will not be able to invite the faculty. Please make payment through settings page (or) please contact SearchingFaculty to help you with the process.
12.Can the document attached in the Job be seen by job searching faculties?
Yes, they can open the attached document and view the details.
13.I am not able to locate a department or job title or other values that I want to post?

14.Does the searchingfaculty provide help or assist in hiring staff for us?
